Sylvan Dale - May 8
Sylvan Dale Guest Ranch will again host Boulder Flycasters for a day of fly fishing on their waters including about 3/4 mile of the Big Thompson River on the main property and the five or so lakes in the valley.
Go to: www.sylvandale.com to see the layout and view their properties. You can bring your personal float craft and have access to both Mother and Island Lakes for float fishing.
As usual, we'll meet at 8:00 a.m. for a continental breakfast and split up for the morning fishing session. We'll meet back at the dining hall shortly after noon for a BBQ Buffet that will have you buzzing with "compliments to the chef"!!
The afternoon figures to be even better fishing as the rainbows, cutts and browns will be more active as we again split up to fish all their properties! We have all their waters to ourselves for the entire day and can fish until dusk.
Remember, you must have a valid Colorado Fishing License to fish their waters.
Cost per angler for meals and fly fishing for the entire day:
Supporting Members = $150.00
Regular Members = $200.00
Note: Supporting Members are those who have contributed to Boulder Flycasters at a level of $50.00 per year
or more and are listed as current members.
